the company uss doesnt care about the contracts they signed. the uss think they can rewrite or avoid what they deem fit,if any buisiness will atest to is that a contract signed is a done deal.had uss claimed bankruptsy, something that they wouldnt want to divulge their cooked books so when you think that the next contract you sign the next day back to work makes me wonder. uss is in a world all alone in their conquest just look around who is beating their drum and supporting uss.this is another reason for a full redress and nothing less,patience has a virtue as my grandma always told me, david and goliath justice prevails.

The contract EXPIRED! There is no contract with US Steel. A NEW contract must be signed before Hilton Works' gates will be re-opened.

There is the ICA that they signed and broke not just the collective agreement. Hence the court case.
