On the issue of saving and improving our world economy...

Here is a link for a very short video that I made about how to help to save and improve our world economy, I kept it really short and I left a lot of stuff out, but I was able to talk about a few things that I think are extremely important. I hope that you enjoy my video, and if you enjoy it then please share my video with other people on the world wide web, as that is the only way that we can get this message out there to people.

Here is the LINK:

When I was in college I had an extremely brilliant history professor who wrote an amazing dissertation for her doctorate about the Great Depression; she wrote about what caused the Great Depression, and she wrote about what America did to help America to overcome the Great Depression, and she wrote about things which were done to help to prevent another Great Depression from happening. I have always really loved history, and I read and studied a lot, and so the history professor and I were able to have some really wonderful discussions about history. I just loved her, it was a really great class, and many of the things which we discussed were really pertinent to problems which we are facing today. And it is important to know history so that we do not repeat past mistakes. There are many problems which are happening now in the present day for which the solutions can be found by studying and knowing history. Many of the answers pertaining how to save and improve our world economy can be found by studying and knowing history.

The way that people have been trying to save and improve our world economy is NOT working, the bail outs and stimulus schemes are NOT working, the world economy just continues to get worse and worse, and the world economy will just continue to get worse and worse until we take the desperately needed action and deal with the core issues which are hurting our world economy, we must take the correct action NOW.

Please help me to get this message out to people by sharing this on the world wide web. If we all work together as a team in good ways then we can help to save and improve our world economy quickly. Thank you very much.

I will post this just in case any of you are into the arts, after I attended college and received my Associate in Arts degree, I attended The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, some of you may like this...

Here is an acting scene on You Tube of me doing the Second Chorus from Anouilh's Antigone. My Uncle Dennis was my cameraman (He died in January, I miss him). I hope that you enjoy it. I will make more You Tube videos soon.

"Antigone, an adaptation of Sophocles's classic produced in the context of the anti-fascist French resistance, is Jean Anouilh's (1910–1987) most often-produced work today. Antigone premiered in Paris in 1944, but Anouilh had written his tale of lone rebellion against the state two years earlier, inspired by an act of resistance during Paris's occupation by the Nazis. In August 1942, a young man named Paul Collette fired at and wounded a group of directors during a meeting of the collaborationist Légion des volontaires français. Collette did not belong to a Resistance network or organized political group, but acted entirely alone and in full knowledge of his certain death. For Anouilh, Collette's solitary act—at once heroic, gratuitous, and futile—captured the essence of tragedy and demanded an immediate revival of Antigone. Aware of Anouilh's thinly veiled attack on the Vichy government, the Nazis censored Antigone immediately upon its release. It premiered two years later at the Théâtre de l'Atelier in Paris under the direction of André Barsacq, a few months before Paris' liberation. The play starred (his wife) Monelle Valentin as the doomed princess."

On the issue of oil and gas in North Dakota...

I was talking with an elder of a Native American Indian tribe in North Dakota, we worked on a film together, she said that they found oil on their reservation, and so her tribe is super excited because they will make desperately needed money from the oil. I absolutely love seeing good people here in America making money from the oil, instead of importing oil from the Middle East.

Drill baby drill!

By the way, I also met another Native American Indian elder while working on that film who toured with Jim Morrison and The Doors, The Doors hired him to dance on stage in full Native American Indian dress during their concerts. He was a cool old guy. I met some really cool people while working on that film.

Oil and Gas Boom in Indian Country! Tribal Leaders and EPA Meet in Denver

By Carol Berry

April 12, 2012

On April 3, tribal leaders met with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Denver to discuss a number of pertinent issues, including those related to booming oil and gas exploration on tribal lands and some of the accompanying problems.

Members of a six-state EPA tribal regional operations committee (ROC) analyzed recent oil exploration successes and drawbacks, hydraulic fracturing, or “fracking,” and the difficulty of environmental protection when big money is at stake.

Boom Times

Indian country is poised for substantial new oil and gas activity, the revenue from which may equal or exceed the riches currently being extracted from the Bakken Formation, which lies beneath a 200,000 square-mile area in North Dakota and Montana that includes Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, home of the Three Affiliated Tribes.

Oil and gas production in North Dakota has yielded more than $1.3 billion annually and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) inspections on federal mineral operations on the Bakken Formation rose from 200 to 718 in a four-year period, according to that agency.

Jim Stockbridge, BLM trust liaison officer, said that on Fort Berthold the revenue from oil and gas is “huge,” but it may pale in comparison to projected extraction on Ute Indian Tribe lands on the Uintah and Ouray Reservation in Utah, where oil resources exist that may be “at least as big as the Bakken Formation.”

Another area expected to see “a phenomenal amount of activity” in oil and gas exploration is around Farmington, N.M., which may add 1,000 new wells this year, he said.

People really need to stop blaming the bankers and Wall Street for all of the problems!

I watched a three hour show last night on one of the free channels on television about why they think the economy is in bad shape, and the show made the bankers and Wall Street out to be the bad guys in regard to why the economy is bad. From my point of view it is a blessing to be able to borrow money, and to be able to take your company public and sell shares to finance your business, and to be able to make money by investing in the stock market, etc. But on this show it made the bankers out to be predators, who loaned people money knowing that the people could never repay the loans, and who trapped people in debt, and then when the people could not repay the money the bankers and Wall Street were bailed out by the government. The show made the bankers and Wall Street out to be the scum of the earth. But, I just do not see it that way.

I would love to be able to borrow money to finance all of my dreams, and I would love to have a great banker who offered me unlimited credit at low interest rates. Having a great banker on your team can help you to achieve your dreams. That is how Trump got rich, he started out borrowing money, and he started out deep in debt, and he invested the money wisely that he borrowed, and now he is very successful. Lots of people who are successful started out deep in debt, and bankers helped them to achieve their dreams.

And it is up to you to work hard and invest the money wisely that you borrow, and if you fail it is your own fault, and you cannot blame your banker if you fail.

I tried to borrow money to do my production company from bankers, there are two banks in Beverly Hills that loan money to make movies, so I tried to borrow money from both of them, and I also tried some banks in New York, and the banks all turned me down. I also tried some banks on some other business ideas. If I could have found a good banker who would have loaned me money I would have been successful a long time ago.

People need to stop blaming the bankers for their own failure to work hard and invest the money wisely. You are one of the lucky few if you can find a good banker to loan you money to chase your dreams.

I did an interview recently for a friend's internet podcast radio show. His name is Charley Miller, and he does his interviews in a different way, he gets into the character of Groucho Marx, and then he interviews his guests as Groucho. For this episode of his show he talks about Memorial Day, and then he interviews me as Groucho. I think he has a great radio voice, and he did a great job.

Here is a link for the download of the show...

ENJOY!

I referred Charley to another friend, Jon Nelson, who is a guitar player, Jon played guitar for The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and for Suicidal Tendencies, and for other bands, his current band is NASTY HABITS, and Charley will interview Jon next. I wish Charley the best with his internet podcast radio show.

If you, or someone you know, is interested in being a guest on Charley's internet radio podcast show, you can contact Charley via the info on his podcast page.

I was just reading about education in the USA, and people in the USA are earning their high school diplomas and are getting college degrees at all time record high numbers.

Link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Educational_atta...

This is good for the USA, because the USA is self governed, and is "Of the people, by the people, for the people," and thus it is important for the people of the USA to be educated.

I think that what is going on is that with the bad economy people are staying in school longer before entering the work force. Also, people who are unable to gain employment are becoming better educated and better trained in order to gain employment. And of course those who have an education and training earn more money.

Some people claim that there is a "dumbing down" of America, but the opposite is true, Americans are becoming educated in record numbers.

With all of the negativity, it is nice to see something positive. There are some good things happening right now that are going unreported. Americans are becoming better educated and better trained, and this is a good thing for America.

All the best,

Here is a link for a thread that I started on the Backstage message board pertaining how to save and improve our world economy...

http://bbs.backstage.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/9...

We CAN save and improve our world economy if we all work together as a team globally in good ways.

Seriously.

And we have modern technology to help us.

Slavery is alive and well in the world, only instead of using black slaves in the South of the United States, they are using communist slave labor in China and in Vietnam. And that is what is wrong with our world economy, all of the jobs are being lost to communist slavery, and the communist slave workers are working their asses off but they cannot afford to buy anything and they cannot afford to participate in the world economy. Whenever good paying jobs are lost to slavery then everyone loses, and it is killing our world economy.

If we want to save our world economy then we need to think global, and we need global teamwork.

Here is a link for a thread that I started on the Teamsters forum pertaining how to save and improve our world economy, the Teamsters can help.

http://www.teamster.net/topic/57565-how-to-sa...

The Teamsters, and other unions around the world, all supported Lech Walesa and the labor movement in Poland, and the unions around the world need to support the workers in China the same way, and we also need to support the workers of Vietnam, and globally. There needs to be a brotherhood amongst the workers of the world, and we need to support each other. By fighting for fair pay and for good treatment for all workers we help to ensure our own.

Does Mitt Romney have the balls to take on China in order to fix things?

Does Mitt Romney have the balls to support a labor movement in China?

Does Mitt Romney have the balls to enforce our fair trade rules, and to help create new fair trade rules if needed for our survival and betterment?

Does Mitt Romney have the balls to support FAIR trade instead of just free trade?

Does Mitt Romney have the balls to fight for the same environmental protection rules for everyone globally?

Mitt Romney has already stated that he will not borrow money from China, how hard will he fight to help to save and improve our world economy, and to help make our world a better place?

I would love to hear Mitt Romney answer these questions.

Here is a great Bible verse that totally goes along with what this thread is all about....

"Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless."

Here is some more good stuff from the Bible...

"Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked."

Psalm 82:3-4

And always remember the Golden Rule to treat other people the same way that you would wish for them to treat you, and love your neighbor!

This is how we can and should save and improve our entire world economy, we need to treat other people the same way that we would wish to be treated, and we need to help those who are oppressed. Seriously, it is what our world needs.

Mitt Romney Releases New Ads In Ohio, Nevada, Targeting Obama's Economic Record

The Huffington Post | By Sabrina Siddiqui
Posted: 10/05/2012

Mitt Romney's campaign released three new ads on Friday targeting President Barack Obama's economic record, two of the spots tailored to swing states Ohio and Nevada.

The central themes are consistent with other ads from the Republican presidential nominee's campaign during the election cycle. The message is that the president has failed to create jobs and stand up to China, and that Romney would be more effective in steering the economy down the right path.

In the commercial focusing on Ohio, Romney continues a recent trend of making a direct on-camera appeal to voters and touts his plan to create 12 million jobs. He also emphasizes the need to crack down on China.
