Agency missed sleeping guards

Dale E. Kline doesn't make excuses for how the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission responded to security guards who were recently videotaped sleeping on the job at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station.

The NRC should hire whsitleblower guard Beals to show them how to find the allegedly sleeping guards they and Exelon missed at the plant-- use your cell phone camera! You'd think the utility would have learned something about staying awake after they were shut down by the NRC years ago for sleeping operators. Apparently, Exelon has a limited corporate memory.
