WASHINGTON Federal immigration officials will not be taking custody of Antonia Rivera of Santa Ana and her fellow illegal immigrants arrested on Capitol Hill Tuesday for demonstrating for a bill that would give her and others brought to the United States as children the chance to live here legally.

The Obama administration sues Arizona for interfering with Federal Enforcement of immigration law while ICE takes no action against foreign nationals confessing their immigration crime in front of the White House.

enter, or reside in the United States and regardless of any
future official action which may be taken with respect to such

transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of
law;
(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an

or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such
alien in any place, including any building or any means of
transportation;
(iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or
reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of
the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be
in violation of law; or
(v)(I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding
acts, or
(II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,
shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).

It's time Americans take back their country from the corrupt anti-America politicians who are allowing illegal immigrants and the corrupt Mexican government to dictate our laws.The Obama administration claims they lack resources to aprehend illegals who committed crimes.By being in the U.S., illegals have already committed a crime. Will they be allowed to stay here until they have robbed,killed, or raped an American citizen? If the federal government does not have the funds to enforce our laws, how are they going to construct the fence, have workplace enforcement, which they promise they will and can do, if only Republicans will support amnesty?
As long as Obama, and radical Democrats are in power, we will never see enforcemnet of our immigrantion laws. Remember Obama's aunt was given legal residency,after she was ordered deported several times.

Last year, DC Police Chief Cathy Lenier signed a Secure Communities agreement - 287g and was REAMED by the DC City Council and some of her own officers. She wants to do her job and gets stymied, then when something happens, she gets the fall out for not doing enough.

From the looks of it, it would have been Capitol Police who took custody and not DC Police. This is appalling. We need to make it known to all our legislators that this act will not be tolerated and all those who support or will not speak out against what happened will have their jobs seriously on the line. My Legislidiots and Congressass will be hearing about this.
