Too bad something like this could not be created at that sorry stretch in North Hollywood along Victory from Laurel Canyon west to Fulton. Abandoned buildings, loser shopping, a blue wooden fence with graffiti. We heard that amazing things were going to be built but the west development was going to be 5-7 stories and the east development was going to be big box stores. Tarzana got it right, for sure! I’ll bet the Tarzana Community and Neighborhood Council was involved in protecting their neighborhood, working with the developer to have smart development!

Depressing that it took years for you to come up with that lame joke.

"This is totally going to invigorate our downtown business area," said Kathy Delle Donne, president of the Tarzana Improvement Association.
"This project creates the heart of Tarzana," Gordon said....
Yea right... Putting in an over priced Grocery Store is Gonna "invigorate" and Create a "Heart" for Downtown Tarzana?
NEWS FLASH!.. Removing the Multiplex Movie theater to build this White Elephant destroyed the downtown pedestrian Traffic in Tarzana . Poll the small business owners there, I'm sure they'd agree.....FAIL!

Pretty much. High priced products for people who apparently have nothing better to spend their $$ on...
