I have noticed. And while its a very nice median as far as medians go, but seriously - I never seen a median strip take so long to get completed. Several months? You have got to be kidding me. I have seen medians strips go up practically overnight - few days, a week or two tops. This is just unacceptable.
They have been putting plants in the ground for two weeks now. I am a landscaper and my crew could have done that 2-3 days MAX!! And with about 1/4 as many people.(They have about 10-12 crew members and it still takes them that long to plant a few trees?
I am not even joking around here. Some one is wasting a lot of money. How to a bid for a job?
Lovely also how they shut down the left lane just in time for the morning commute, then open a them up again around 10 AM.
I seen more than 1 accident happen there caused by people trying to overtake traffic and cut in at the very end. But I guess that is a whole other issue
I noticed the same thing. It took them so long and lots of crew. Too bad it probaly cost us so much more $$$ thsn if we used your landscape team. Sounds like it would heve been completed in a timely fashion with low overhead.

Pat Eklund is the best thing that ever happened to NOvato. She is the only one who will go to bat for each person in the community. Pay Attention!

Signature Property never planned on selling those units above Whole Foods. They did the same thing in Richmond, Oakland and Sacramento - Rented instead of sold. they duped the city of Novato...although I'm sure that was easy to do!!!!
