How long have you been working for them? I'm just wondering why do it take so long for a payment to post to an account( carnote) if paid through moneygram. And the all familiar million dollar question; why are wf customer service so rude! Is this part of training orrrrrrr I mean I just don't understand. Please tell me, I never experienced such with any other customer service.
That you Sara

Wells Fargo is not geared toward the customer. The needs of the customer are only important if it means selling a product. The saying inside the company is "If you don't like it, get off the stagecoach!"

Your Money is Not Safe in a Wells Fargo Account

Wells Fargo permitted fraud to be commited against our Tenant Security Savings Account and refuses to correct their error and reimburse us
Years ago we opened a landlord/tenant security deposit account with the Bayonne, New Jersey, Wells Fargo Branch as required by NJ State Law. At the time, it was opened it was a “statement savings account”. These accounts are opened in the names of the landlord and the tenant but the tenant cannot legally access the account. The tenant moved out April 30, 2012. I went to the bank to withdraw the money on May 1, 2012, and found that starting in 2010, Wells Fargo was negligent in allowing the tenant to attach a debit card to the account. Since that time he has withdrawn over $1000 from the account . We had not been receiving statements from this account because it was a “Landlord/Tenant Security Account” and statements were not issued.

When the tenant started withdrawing money via an ATM machine he also changed the address on the account to his mother’s address in another city. If the bank started issuing statements we never received them. The bank first said they made a mistake. Now they are saying that we had 60 days to report any fraud on the account and because we did not they do not owe us the $1300 (approximately) that we are due from the account.
I first reported this fraud on May 1, 2012. Wells Fargo did not file it with their ATM department until May 21st. First they permitted the tenant to fraudulently attach a debit card to the account and Second, they were negligent in permitting him to change the address on the account. I have waited one month and spent hours in an attempt to have Wells Fargo reimburse me for the funds they allowed to be withdrawn from the account. They now cite their 60 Day Rule and say “TOO LATE you did not manage your statements and it is your fault the fraud was not discovered sooner and, therefore, we are not liable for the money”. I could not monitor statements I was never supposed to receive!

To note how clueless Wells Fargo is in their understanding of the situation last night one of their customer service people actually told me that because fraud had been committed and the account closed the remaining $22 in the account was being mailed to the tenant at the address he had changed the account to. After letting the tenant steal $1300 from the account they are now mailing him the last $22 that he left! Good job, Wells Fargo!

I would really like to get some kind of action going against this lender. I tried for an entire year for a modification. They kept claming they didn't receive many of th faxes I sent them. If they don't have all this personal finanial data about me, then who does? Do they just throw this stuff away? These huge banks have to stop taking advantage of hard working Americans. I am now in the mddle of an unwanted short sale. I could have kept my home if they had only lowered my payment by 300.00 dollars

The worst bank to bank at. The worst place in the world to work unless you are the equivalent of a used car salesman with no conscience.
