This is wonderful news. I've missed the Tim Hortons that used to be at City Center.

I believe there is already a very popular burger place right around the corner from this location.

The people who you try to characterize as thugs, are in reality teachers, police and firefighters. This is why the campaign to bust public unions is failing. Because most people actually like teachers, firefighters and police and don't like to see them beaten down.

The bill signing takes place in two hours. And your referendum will fail (even if you can collect signatures with crack addict canvassers filling in the petions with names like "Jive Turkey."
We're going to rid ourselves of the thug influences in public sector employment. Finally, good is beating evil.

It will be out of business by Christmas.

CASTO charges too much in rent there.

I agree with your assessment. That Dunkin Donuts was generally pretty busy every day. If they could not pay the rent with that many customers, then it was probably too high.

The own of that DD franchise does not handle finances well. He's also failing at his franchise in Worthington. It has nothing to do with the spot or even DD... just bad ownership.
Tim Horton's will be nice. That spot is great.
MOSTLY- I'm so tired of you suburban douchebags who know nothing about the city center (other than during work hours) talking about stuff you don't understand...
This is exciting... we need good managers to continue coming downtown... especially since I'm living there... we residents are excited to see good business continually coming in...

Public sector now, private entities next. This is not about the budget, this about helping big business. Lets think what else will help big business? Wages, overtime and hours worked. I am not in a union, but realize that we as a society definitely have benefited from the workings and lobbying the unions have performed. I remember seeing flyers a couple years back regarding minimum wage and it was being promoted by unions. This did not help the union members, as I am sure they were making more than minimum wage, but they lobbied for the legislation. So now lets think about this, if collective bargaining can be wiped away by legislation to help grow the economy (help big business), what else can be wiped out by legislation? Can you say all of the current laws that are in place to ensure you are appropriately compensated for hours worked! You need to see the big picture and stop drinking the K00L-AID. Some people are just so narrow minded they do not realize the trend that is currently happening.

We suburbanites are the only reason you people have anything downtown. We're the ones who pay your damn income tax that we can't even vote on.
