Frosty with your roast beef? Arby's buys Wendy's

A Wendy's buyout is sad news for the family of the fast-food chain's founder. The owner of Arby's says it is buying Wendy's International in an all-stock deal worth $2.34 billion.

both have great food, I don't have a Wendy's in Lowell, MI and the Arby's in Lowell is RUDE!!! Arby's better not jeaporidize Wendy's products!

Oh wait, was it Arbys that bought out the Mr Fable's eateries and shut them all down? I miss those Mr Fab olive burgers and all you can eat fish.

It is interesting you should say that, we have friendly Wendy's workers in this city but the one closest to us needs to take lessons from the Arby's closest to us.

I don't care much for Arby's as that roast beef they serve ain't roast beef. I don't know what it is but it's not roast beef. If they own Wendys now I hope the only change they make is to put the drink station out with the customer so you can fill and refill your own drink. Right now it's behind the counter and it drives me nuts waiting for someone to take my money, fill my drink and not be able to refill myself. I like Wendys food though so I hope they don't change things.

Oh, Mr. Fables. I'm with you on those olive burgers. Fortunately, my husband used to manage a Mr. Fables years ago and when I get hankering for those olive burgers, he can make them for me.

Here in Ionia the Arbys is never busy...way too expensive. I sure hope they dont ruin Wendys.

Fables, there was nothing like a Mr Fab.....and nobody could beat their Onion Rings!....another business that was bought out and sucked dry.

I dislike Arby's, but love Wendy's. My father would roll over in his grave if he knew Arby's was buying Wendy's. It should be the other way around. I don't go to Arby's as it is. Sad, sad, sad indeed.

NO! I LOVE Wendys and can hardly stand Arby's! I can't believe it. That is outrageous. Wendy's was the only fast food place I really liked.
