I have a hunch that he will have an easy time selling his home in Port Royal.

He will have to hope that the buyer will be acceptable to the other owners in Port Royal.

This weeks news...David Fry & Tim Oak continue to drive WCI into the ground. More cuts last week on the east coast of Florida. They are getting rid of their top sales talent. Way to go! Maybe you should make it a construction and amenities company only and not concentrate on sales! Get real !!!

No, that is not the question that I was discussing.

Port Royal is exclusive. Good luck trying to buy a home in there.

The only thing exclusive about it is the price, again, do you qualify, or do you really belong in an asylum.

Even multi-million dollar homes are threatened by mold. Prior to purchasing a home, I would recommend talking to a professional about having a mold test / mold inspection. Living with high levels of mold can make you potentially ill.
