They are most dishonest company I have ever work for!!!!!!!!!! I thinking about writing a book about how they wouldn't give my work accommodations and what they have done to America people about HAMP and modification. How they were deleting notes off there system. Like I said before KARMA will hit you in the butt when you lie and do fraud.

I have so much compassion as I read these posts. I know, when I go to wf that the pressure I am getting from employees comes from 'on high', you know, the little bean counters that never worked a day in their life.

I digress. I'll go look at the statement from one of my acct's there and hope to buy a stick of chewing gum from the monthly interest on an acct with enough money to buy a car. SO, LUCKY me. IN a years time? I can probably buy the WHOLE PACK OF GUM. Your horse. For a pack of gum.

Waiting with abated breath until Dec. I have delusions of razzleberry pudding dancing through my head. Be still my heart.

Maybe I will start my own line of gum. Open it and you are f'd. Close it, and you are f'd. Don't think about it. Don't look at it, Don't sample it, or you are f'd.

Woops. Guess that is razzleberry dressing:

Look. We can all eat equally from tiny tim's table.

The banking system has created have nots out of us, while they are the have's.

Next they will pay NO interest while charging us to keep our money in safe keeping. YEAH, safe till they claim a bank holiday.

Whore politicians are the MOST criminal. Slithering with the soros pausons bernankes, et al. And the reason many of you may not see that? Is because by design they have you focused on paying off debts, rather than being in a position to 'lose' on your money (unless we're only discussing equity you might own in your home). These f's have not missed ANY ANGLE. They have us ALL coming and going, and they play 'saviors' while they continue to rob and plunder. And look at the bastards using homeland security etc, to portend THEY are looking out for you while they are robbing you on every level.

Would ANY of these saviors have an income, in a depressed economical environment if it were not for YOU people giving YOUR's to the warlords?

I am so glad to be free from this place! They don't properly train anyone to do anything and they aren't diverse. Out of six tellers there were only two African-American women and only one man. My branch was run like HS detention. I was miserable there. I recently took a job at USAA and I couldn't be happier. Completely different values and culture.

I worked for the call center for over 12 years. When the Wachovia merger took place, they were angry at whomever answered. I cannot blame them, I was, I did not sell as many products, but wanted to assist and handle the caller with respect. I had a very angry supervisor whom slammed my foot in the door and pushed me. I reported it. The next thing, I finally got off her team. But the harrassment did not stop there. It seems like the good Supervisors left. Abusive supervisors and teads stayed. They spent more time gossipping than doing therer work. Although it was hard to bonus honestly, occassionally I still did at times. The last 5 years they found reasons notto give me a raise. Later I found out, those that worked there for a period of years, ha d similiar problems. Many people did game and some will continue. Eventually some get caught. Not a welcoming place to work. To have customers screaming and cursing is one thing, but supervisors and leads should not have added to anyones day that embarrassing attitude. I many times had to cover up for my supervisor whom would scream coming down the isles. The ue office overturned there reason for letting me go. meanwhile I have to move on, and be honest with future employers, and happy to explain. They are not a company I would recomend. Now I am stuck with paying full coverage for cobra. Soon I may not be able to keep it up. I ve done a lot to improve my skills, and the company had there own loss in leaving peoplethat truly care. I am possitive I am not the only person, they will loose more respect than they realize, the more people that tell there true and honest opinion of what goes on.

I worked for the call center for over 12 years, was terminated because the wrong information was gived to me by a so called lead. Then I waited until that person left, since my lead nor supervisor was there, I brought it to another supervisor. My customer said she was so happy to speak with me no matter what, and the other supervisor did do the right thing thank goodness, plus raved about both of us.Later that lead complained to my supervisor. This i learned after they let me go.This supervisor was cruel, and one day slammed my foot as she forgot her badge abusively pushed me away. when i returned to my desk, the other employees around me said that is why they did not answer. I did turn her in to HR, they took me off the team, then made a new rule at our call center and said we had to call a phone number about any complaints, which went to another call center that the people hired did not know our job and could care less. Everything about pushing products and not helping the customers is true.If you were on a call too long, they would come to your desk while you were on the phone and ask questions. ridiculous place to work. ue overturned there reason for letting me go, yet I still got a small bonus after i left. I honestly earned my referrals the honest way. I was put back on that supervisors team, and that is when within a short time was let go. The good supervisors left, when on the phone talking to already upset customers, and supervisors are coming up and down the isle screaming about referrals, and bullying simply put. Yes many Wachovia employees were disgruntled and unfortunately did not like us, I never blamed them. They had no idea what was soon to be, I have seen things I never thought possible in a large corporation as this. Although it may be tough on me now, and ue overturned the reason they let me go. I give it to God. They are not a place I would suggest to work, there problem. Someday each place has there own time and they are one that will loose good people.Good riddens

I am currently in the process of suing them for discrimination. We have to expose these peoples unethical behavior. How many people had customers come in and complain that they never requested a debit card. Its always the same branches and the same people cheating the system. I made several complaints but management choose to turn their heads because those branches are making numbers and making the DM look good on paper. We need to begin a class action lawsuit and help protect unknowing consumers.

I was employed with Wells Fargo for 10years. I was let go due to the background check for a crime I committed back in 1989, and I find that ethically wrong. Is there any way I can bring a law suite against Wells for wrongful termination?

I would not worry about getting
fired from WF. I know one teller
I love, and one I can't stand. The one I can't stand has a sorry attitude. She has been at her job for 3 years and doesn't know when she can cash a check and cannot cash a check. She rarely smiles and does not act happy about working there at WF.
She likes to see customers go to
other tellers.
Nobody owes you a job. If you do your job to the best of your ability, you could keep it. If your habits include taking extra
time for lunch, being less than thrilled about your job, not learning anything after 3 years, then maybe fast food is your game.
