Missing Banked Vacation time?!?

I have been with this company for 7 years & for the past 3 years I've banked Vacation days. 1 in 2009, 5 in 2010 & 5 in 2011. Since we've switched to Kronos I recently went to look at my accrual banked vacation & it is only showing about 56 hours (which is including the days I haven't taken this year). So my question is, what the heck happened to all the days that I had banked? How do I get it back? & HOW does it "disappear" without my knowledge????
If they're permanently gone ill be upset, seeing as how I was purposely banking them so I could go to Spain this summer....

This happened to me as well, a simple phonecall rectified the situation.....not sure if it was on purpose or not because honestly i think they may be hoping some do not notice. However i am on the ball with every last detail and they simply fixed it for me after calling them up.

Who the F gave me crap reviews for telling the truth? Stupid a-holes.....and seriously? If you know how to check your vacation status on your my walgeens page you can find the number in there.

I wouldn't put a whole lot of stock into Kronos. Kronos is glitchy. I've gone in to Kronos to add vacation for my employees and the vacation accrual shows one amount one second and then I click away and click back again and it shows something completely different. I would call corporate payroll to get the correct amount. Good luck though, might take you a few minutes to get through as they are grossly understaffed.

The last two times I requested a vacation day (different days and different pay periods), the vacation was approved and I STILL was scheduled for that day. I got it fixed as soon as that schedule was posted.

That might be because your management staff (or whoever does the employee schedule in your store) is using the time off calendar in the scheduling system to determine employee vacations. That calendar is no longer accurate. To see employee's availability now, you MUST use the 'view employee availability' function which shows only one week at a time.
