Some stores and districts are blessed by good store managers and fair DMs and it seems those districts are less effected.
In other districts store managers have either no tallent or care to reenforce and build moral and it is reflected in the lack of any store emp willing to turn SFL because they have witnessed the poor attitudes and almost blatant insults for MGT/SFL level individuals.

So tell me how a front cashier, most of whom HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE of pharmacy or have access to the patient database while being up front, is supposed to help a pharmacy patient other than getting pharmacy to answer the phone?!?!!?? Yes, maybe mgt should pick up some slack there because most of them ARE trained in pharmacy....and yes, it sucks that pharmacy hours are getting cut....but to blame the front cashiers for not helping pharmacy customers is crazy......

Looking at current situations Wag Corp is seeing far more MGT's leaving the company than they forcast "More so in some areas than others". In the areas hardest hit by MGTs leaving instead of taking the insulting pay cuts and retitlement for the same job with more slowly being added. Wag Corp is finding NOONE is willing to be hired at the bottom pay and NOONE in the store wants to go through what the new SFL's "Once MGT'S" are being put through for $11 an hour.
Now here is the interesting part. The intelligence of store level management is taking a massive dive and the only real open resource for compairable intellect is RX Techs. So here is the break down.
Busiest time of the year for the RX, RX techs were allowed to keep their pay as was "despite caps" and Senior Techs got a portion of their average bonus added to their pay. Company F-ed up and failed to properly see outcome of F-ing MGTs country wide so now they are in a bind to fill positions. Thus they cut RX Tech hours "more in the districts unable to get SFL positions filled" causing lower paychecks and higher stress. Then 11/27 sent out a notice saying any Senior RX Tech that wanted to become an SFL could keep their current pay rate "pritty well garenteeing 40 hrs over their continuously cut hours and possibly less stress... ITS NOT LESS STRESS...". Welcome to RX techs being underhandedly forced into SFL positions if they want to maintain their hours and a full paycheck.
So for the company this maintains "in theory" an intellegent management structure at store level and solves the issue of NOONE wanting the SFL position. As to the remaining RX techs they get full hours due to the reduction of techs until Wag Corp sets ASMs to hire only part time techs.
This would explain how they plan to get rid of or phase out the higher paying senior technician positions.
