Strange things going on here. Any one got any good signs leading up to a firing? Like increased supervision, secret phone conversations, unscheduled do meetings? Any example anyone ?

Sounds a little paranoid to me. We're all in this together, man. Don't take the bait, everyone's store manager is disappearing left and right for all these meetings at the CL store or the DO because we can't seem to wait and make one meeting per fortnight on all the baloney at once. It's getting to be, between meetings and COMPASS, where the store manager's entire job is getting information and either passing it along or being instructed not to pass it along.

Here's some signs that blowhard, waste of space is finally getting his worried about being fired: 1. Explosive diahrea. Their pants will have wet, stinking brown liquid on the pants bottom. 2. Walking around in stupor saying things like:how am I gonna pay my mortgage?...How am I gonna pay for my monthly weekend trips to Thailand to have sex with teenage boys? 3.Asking employees if they have a strong twine or loaded gun in their cars. One thing they might do but is not indicative of worrying about firing is sitting in the office doing nothing but playing on the computer, talking on phone, or playing with themselves. This is common actions of all managers.

when they start telling you - you are not doing your job. all of the sudden you get write-ups and you have never been written up in the 13 years you were there - just a game

I think the exa is in trouble. Just wondering. Saw exas performance review up on pc screen, and mgr talking about a pip meeting at the d.o. I'm not worried, just wondering if this is why this is the only store in town with 2 mgts and an exa, when we are also one of the slowest.

I always noticed a trend of transferring the manager to stores that are extremely far away if they wanted to "fire" you
