At our store we have worked so hard to get customers in the store. We have clipped coupons for our customers we know most by name and they know us. We have workers form Walmart come in and tell us that they are hearing how friendly we are. We give good customer service and I am proud of that. Does Walgreens not understand that. It's not Walgreens it's the employees that make it a success. I never fail to thank my customers, they often say no I want to thank you for giving good service. I let my customers know without them I wouldn't have a job. We are a country store, what works for larger cities won't work here. We have lots of older customers. The right formula for success is giving good service, if Walgreens cuts hours and holds back information how will we be able to give that good service. It's hard to put that big welcome to Walgeens smile on when you don't know if you will have a job and what about all our customers? Will we have the time to still give quailty service. Some of us cares about our company and the direction it seems to be going. Take out the good customer service and we will lose customers. I for one will shop where the people are friendly and helpful.
Walgreens come to your senses, we can't lose any of our customers because of cuts.

I agree, but our leaders coming to their senses? You're asking the impossible. They don't care about the employees, the customers, or the business. They only care about their inflated egos, large salaries, and undeserved bonuses.
