An email came down today that stated who employees should report too. Rx techs report to Rxm. Rxm reports to SM, and All other employees report to the Sm.

And then it said at this time no one should be reporting to their ASM until further notice.

Any thoughts on this, sounds like SM might get the boot soon, or am I reading too far into this.

You may be reaching. We already got the "report to who" meeting.
I'm guessing that with the new transitions, they have to train ASMs in their new positions so they have to give them time to adjust to the new roles.

Why would they boot the newly created ASM, it was a district wide email. Do the EXA to ASM personnel really need that much training for a lateral promotion?

this has nothing to do with SMs. and my district hasnt received any sort of emails to this affect.

if anything it means they are still sorting out what bodies of staff report to whom. my guess is they have pilots running in a few areas, seeing what works best and then will make a final call.

this stuff really isnt as big of a deal as people make it out to be. in the end everyone will still report to the SM, its just their task delegations will come from asm

All EXAs are attending a 3 day training session, of that answers your question.

If true, probably just talking about Evals.Originally ASM's were going to do the Evals of all FE employees this year. That was changed and they want the Sm to still do them this year.

The training is to make sure they get the same information and training as the new asms. It's going over pass programs in more detail.

This would be my same question. Everyone reports to the EXA now so what difference does it make? Even the mgts reported to the EXA. Lol.

I'm guessing this is exactly what the email is about. It was just to clarify who is doing the eval and who you are reviewing on the engagement survey. It would be a big curveball if they changed their mind and have all the front end employees report to the SM because we've been told it would be the ASM for awhile now.

You guys are funny. Here is the actual setup

Rx reports to rxm
Rxm reports to sm
Asm reports to sm
All hourly employees except sfl report directly to asm

Sfl report directly to sm
The email was just talking about a delay until asm go thru thier leap training.

What is the meaning of this topic?......... There is a problem when somebody don't know that they have to report to a SM......

the reason that nobody reports to ASM right now is because the transition is not fully complete. ASM's this year are supposed to go over employees evals with mgr because next year they are supposed to do it themselves... my assumption is that next year is when the reports will shift..

We've been told pharmacy staff does their survey on phArmacy manager. We don't report to ASM.
