What assistant manager interview questions to expect from district manager?

So my store manager interviewed me for ast mgr position and he told me that I have to also be interviewed by his district manager and that he is going to ask me some specific questions that might be tough. For example: what was a time you really wowed a customer?

I wanted to see if anyone knows of any other questions that I should consider thinking about so I will be more prepared.

If you are given multiple tasks, how would you go about completing them?

Just get a lot of specific examples in your mind before the interview and think why you should get the job.

Look up behavior-based interview questions. If asked about "a time when...", remember to describe the situation, your action, and the result of the situation. Honestly, the interview depends on who is interviewing you. Just remember to bring a good resume copy.
