You have a full staff today. Your SBA likes to take her lunch with the SFL. The breaker is a floor person. There is a BA working on the floor today. The SBA gets her break from the floor person rather than the BA on the floor.
Can't get Red Zone during the SBA's break this way.

Someone explain to me the method behind what appears to be madness here.

The person at reg1 is an idiot so cos gets the over flo it's ok but most of the stuff rang isnt cos items and the couponers are buying massive quantities of which cos orders but then again when was the last time something in cos was free after rr..whatever cant win .......

Why is it, after more than a decade in this company, have I only run into a handful of other people besides myself who realize this fundamental and obvious truth, that the "extra" people on the floor should be giving breaks? Half the time, the floor person is the SM's "pet" and they are exempt from helping out when they're the fifth wheel because they are needed for hobnobbing and chewing the fat.

...what is this 'extra' person you speak of? I'm just happy if a I get both a BA *and* a photo tech on any shift with how close they're cutting the "fat".

I'm at a busy store with a lot of budget hours, and we typically only have an extra person on warehouse days.
