be happy if you get anything, they delayed the processing of the payments to offset Q4 earnings report and look how well that went today

Yeah no worries here because if the rumor I am hearing is true an EXA bonus will be under 400 and SM under 2000. While anything is nice this is the exact reason I don't include a bonus in my family budget.

Bonus is from Jan 1st to August 31st.

Store Managers bonuses are slightly protected for these 8 months.They are guaranteed 90% of their base bonus for these 8 months no matter what.

EXA bonuses were not protected like this.

I cant tell you what the average manager bonus will be but will be much higher then the $2,000 mentioned above.

Since maternity can not be treated any differently than any other disability. I assume the same rules apply.

We were told to divide our previous bonus by 12 then multiply by 8 and that would an estimate of what to expect.

vicky, sorry to say i would not expect anything as far as bonus money, i have heard stories of people who got ill during a year went on disbality and did not receive a dime. unless there is a change i am unaware of with paid leave do not expect anything.

I looked at the online information, and it appears you will get nothing since you have been out, as you say for most of the year. Unless something has changed, I would expect nothing. sorry.

I was told Friday 9/28 that in November you will be paid a bonus calculated as follows. They take the average of your last 3 bonuses. Take 90% of that number, divide by 12 and multiply by 8. Bonus is for dec to August.

Im not sure how Vicky will be affected. That being said, I am pretty confident that she could find her answer easily through different channels.

Bonus is going to be 8 months payed out like they always used to be. I would say look for it within the next two weeks.

Thats bs if she doesnt get a full bonus says on storenet the only reason not to get it ia if your on unpaid leave

I'm guessing bonus for past 8 months will be same guidelines. I expect to walk away with 1000 after taxes

From what I was told early this year our bonus for EXA's will be paid still with a base rate. We should still get our 300 per month and any percentages on str ops. Considering that most strs were down due to esi wag will most likely take away most of your base. This is suppos9e to be the last time we receive a base rate, now we will be paid by performance only. For the lady on maternity leave ya expect nothing for your bonus you do not get paid for not working. This is the way Walgreens screws the most hard working people in the company. Store mgrs will always get something. Just remember that the people that sit on there ass in corp get more than we do. Look at all the changes wag is doing, we can't even run our stores anymore with out some influence from corp. they think they know how to run a store sitting behind a desk and yet there receive all the benefits that's all I have to say

Maternity leave is generally only 6 weeks. Kinda lame.

Hahaha. I just had to laugh when I heard what my pending deposit was..lol it's $12.00 less than my net pay.. Haha haha. I mean money is money the unexpected extra cash is great, but then I think of the end result for the measley amount when it comes to tax time. So since they changed the bonus structure time frame I am curious, who was it to benefit anyway with paying us out a partial, them or us? Because I think I would have been ok with waiting a few months longer for a much bigger cut than this.
