In my market the SFL is $14.50. I assume the asm-t will be slightly higher. Current EXA salary is right around $53,000 not including bonus. I've heard it will be anywhere from $40-45,000 for the new asm position not including bonus. This is all rumors of course. But the 14.50 IS the rate in my market for SFL

I bet it will vary by market then. An SFL in my market makes $11.00 an hour so I would assume $14.00 for asmt sounds about right for my area.

i would assume that the 40 ish per year would be for new asm's. id imagine those transition from exa would be kept at current rate but unavailable for raises.

I would think that if they were going to let exas keep their pay then they would have let everyone. Since we know because of overnights that's not happening I would bet on it not happening for exas as well.

I agree with the post above.

All signs point to $40k being the average ASM salary across all markets. This figure has shown up "unofficially" in many places.

The big question is whether or not current EXA's will keep their current rate when transitioning. All signs point to that answer being no. What better way to boost morale around the holidays than let your hardest working salaried team members know their pay is secure? The fact that it hasn't happened speaks volumes to me.
