how come my PM's dont show up on my pay check??

none of my pms have been showing up on my pms, the manager looked into it and said they would show up but they dont. i dont even have the kpi tab when i log into my account at walgreens. anyone have any idea thanks

double print the labels and keep track of when they are being sold. We had a problem with an HPS deleting the orders and re-entering them under his name. You should be able to go to your PM potential without going to the KPI tab.

how do i get the pm potential? and what are the next steps for me to take in order to get my pms and my kpi tab

Our DM actually noticed that our BA wasn't getting any PM's at her register and pointed it out to the SM.

We'd just gotten the new registers (yeah, we want keyboards, it sucks).

Somehow it just stopped giving everyone PM's unless you were lucky and worked in photo using picture care (we never had anyone ever think of stealing PM's like that... whoa).

I think the SM or whoever needs to just set everything back up to rights again.

I don't have any ideas how to help you with old pm's you're already supposed to have though. Like candy, crayons or whatever. X_x

kronos doesnt show any of your pms. it gives ur time stuff. idk why its not under a kpi tab that i am suppose to have

Pm's DO show up on kronos. I think it has to be under a manager's view, not your own. What part of the store do you work at? If in cosmetics, you have to be coded COS.

If you do not have the kpi tab then you are nothing but a service clerk. maybe you were demoted and the SM did not tell you.

service clerks have kpi tabs as well, idk why u would say only cos aand photo techs have kpi. that is not true.

i think it has to do with payroll or something...gona call walgreens help center and get to the very bottom of this.

pms do show up in kronos. each day there is one line for hours worked and a separate line for pms.

i have an employee that works at two stores, at my store her pms show up at the other store her pms don't. must be a store specific issue if they are not showing up. either that or the MGR is deleting them.

Service clerks do not have access to the KPI tab on storenet. Almost all other positions do for their respective areas (Cos, Photo, Management, RX). As for why its not paying you PMS, I had the same problem at my store some years ago when I was first coded as a photo tech. Your badge number in Rate & Status must match your badge number on the POS. Even on the new system there is a box to put in the 3 digit number just for that purpose. If you are in COS make sure that the "Cosmetics PM" check box is checked or you won't get cos pms.

If you recently had Next Gen installed take these steps:

1) Go under employee maintenance and make sure you are either PST or BA. If you aren't, make sure you have your Store Manager or EXA change your status under "Rate and Status" tab.

2) If you are in the correct job title, have a manager log into Next Gen Employee Maintenance and press the "REFRESH" button under your name selected. It should work after that.

Why is this happening? Next Gen doesn't know what job title you are, but employee maintenance does. It just takes a "refresh" to fix it.
