Has anyone seen the batch fax that went out to many areas of the country that lays out Wasson's colossal failures and highlights his greed while the rest of us pay the price? It's a letter addressed to him and it lays out the timeline for many of the wrong turns that WAG has made over the last few years. It also calls for his head on a platter, basically.

I was wondering how many people have seen it and thinking that it would be great if The mainstream media picked it up. I know it's been received in the northeast and in Florida.

I am in North Georgia and I read this letter. It was a well written letter and I am happy to know that someone was brave enough to write their exact thoughts about the failures of our upper management. I think it was written by a pharmacist that had already found another job and was on his way out the door. Thank you sir/madam. Good Luck and God speed.

I saw it as a fax, not an email. I'll see if I can track down a link or a way to post a scan of it... If anyone knows how, let me know.

Where did it come from originally? I'm just hoping it was sent to Rick Hans or Lisa Meers at investor relations.

I think every pharmacist should print it out and mail a copy to the board of pharmacy with a list of their own concerns about patient safety. I'm tired of being pushed to work faster and faster, multitask more and more, barrell thru drug interaction warnings so that rx doesn't go over the wait time. It's crazy! And dangerous! Either give us more staff OR decrease your expectations on wait times. It may feel like a fast food place sometimes, but believe me it's not.

Here's the post. Too bad it probably won't mean shit to them. If they're willing to trow away a multi billion dollar contract, this fax probably ended up in the trash too.

I LOVE this letter. Kudos to the person who wrote it. I could add at least 15 more bullet points of stuff I know about wASSon to tell the world. I wish he could be booted out without a golden parachute and then sued for all the bonus cash he received. He needs to be left with nothing.

He is seriously the poster child for the Peter Principle: someone who rises to the level of his own incompetence.

What he has done should be criminal and I too found the letter online. Everyday I get to work, I look at the overall wags customer delight and the stock price. I sure do hate to see either one of them increase, as that may mean a longer time that everyone has to put up wih this idiot!

Wasson is a f**king IDIOT. But the board of WAG is even worse as they are letting him keep his job.

Any other BOD would have shown this crew/CEO the door by now. It looks like Wasson is hell-bent on destroying WAG.

I expect WAG stock to go to teens once Medco severes their contract (I think it is a question of when, not if). I heard that already medco customers are asking WAG to be excluded in exchange for cheaper rates, something that Wasson claimed will never happen.

Also WAG has ZERO bargaining power with other PBMs, as Express scripts showed that WAG is just a paper tiger. Expect more restrictive/tiered pharmacy networks in future and patients will start opting walgreens voluntarily as once they know that it will cost more to fill a script at walgreens compared to competitors.

Wasson and the rest of the IDIOTIC management brought it upon themseleves with their arrogance by demanding more for the same work that is performed by other pharmacies. Dispensing a medication doesn't entitle walgreens to apple like profits.

I consider PBMs themselves to be a useless layer, but it is creatures like Wasson that justify their existence.
