When do store managers get raises and How much are they typically?

What is a bonus for a new store manager?

Regarding the bonus, I believe it will be pro-rated based on the % of year they occupied the position in the store. I am curious to see how the Improve tab's inclusion into the bonus formula affects store managers' priorities going forward.(SMs feel free to correct me if I misspoke)

The store manager's, and the exa's bonus depends on hours saved, and the annual revenue of the store that there at. The biggest that I know of is $60,000 for store manager, and $8000 for exa.

It doesn't depend on hours saved.

a new manager has a scheduled raise after 1 year, then another scheduled raise after 2 year. from then on it is roughly 2.5% per year. this was the procedure in the past, but i have been told raises are no longer guaranteed and going forward all employee raises will be done in august only.

in terms of bonus, it depends on the store. the average store manager in my district makes a 25k bonus and an average yearly income of 85k. this is not the average across the company though because we are one of the highest volume districts in the company.

I believe management increases in salary for established managers will be contingent on performance reviews, no?

correct. and the performance review will be based on what? targets (improve tab). no more managers who have been around for 35 years collecting automatic raises and raking in 100k per year in base pay alone.

i've only heard rumors so far, but like you stated above it will be interesting to see how the improve tab is going to effect priorities. managers here have been told to expect 25/30% less income even if they are up in sales and profit. again, only rumors as new bonus calculations (based of targets) have not been explained.
