So much negativity! At least theres a job there for you and a chance of not being demoted. Seems to me some just need to work harder or get out.

There are a few active threads right now that you should read to help shed light on why there is some negativity. In one thread, a discussion about how harder working people make less money than lazy, worthless employees who never get in trouble for it. In another, a discussion about how many SM are above doing simple tasks, in yet another (several, actually), a discussion about how many are being forced out of their jobs in exchange for lower paying positoins, with either the same or bigger work loads.

Greedy Greg Wasson is a cancer to this company and he will be its downfall. Yes, there are other people in play to it as well, but many of the big changes that have been screwing over so many employees only came after Greg became CEO. This is no longer the good, family company it used to be. It is just a greed machine now, with that bastard Greg Wasson laughing all the way to the bank at the employees' expense.

Couldn't agree more and couldn't have said it better myself.
It's ridiculous for our stores to be open on Christmas day and make us work while that greedy SOB gets to set in his mansion with his friends and family drinking expensive champagne..........

These changes have little to do with Greg Wasson. Since rewiring, our company has been run by the board, with a LOT of input from management consulting companies. I would bet that Greg has very little unilateral power to make decisions. I'm sure he has some input, but he's largely a figure head.
