Sorry to hear that. But look at it this way, at least you know what to expect next time. Should have another oppurtunity next year. When and how did you find out?

A lot of the questions are 2 or 3 parts. Tell me about a large project in which you were responsible for organizing a group of people to finish on a deadline. How did you organize it? How long did it take? Was it completed properly in the correct amount of time? What was the biggest challenge?

Wtf type of question is that? This is retail for a convenient store. It's looking more like they want people over qualified for the job. Unless they consider setting an aisle a large project

..uhh sorry, I don't have enough employees for 'large projects' to have any employees work in 'teams' together.

Yes, you need to be prepared to speak of SPECIFIC senerios and incidences. A lot of questions start with "tell me about a time..." . If you think quick and have strong communication skills and a great memory this may not be as difficult for you. But if you are a parent, pulled many directions in life and have to write down everything you need to remember, you may find it challenging.

Preparation is the key. I wish all ASMT applicants the best of luck.

Your score will not be as good if you do not use Walgreens examples.
Have you even reviewed the behavioral interview preparation materials that has been on storenet for months? If so, re-read slide 7, 3rd bullet point, in Bold print.........

In case you haven't even printed it yet, quote "You are free to give examples of situations outside of your current job. These may include experiences at other jobs you have held within the company, jobs you held outside of the company, or even volunteer or community activities".....

Read the information provided before you post comments you pulled out of your @ss.

Why did they give us such an easy math assesment if they planned to fail us on this redicilous interview? first some one post there is only ten questions asked. Now come to find out every question has three to five more questions tied into your answer...wtf! Im am soo fed up with this whole process.

This is coming from a conversation with multiple cls at my store. The two mgts below me were asking them questions. Just like others on this forum I am simple stating things I have been told in an effort to help others out. There is no need to be crass.

To the above argument - No, it isn't "officially" part of the scoring process, but they're going to consider examples good or bad based on different factors from MGT's than from an outside applicant. They are obviously going to expect Walgreens examples from MGT's; This is common sense, whether it's specified in storenet or not. If you have been an MGT that has even made it to the interview, something is DEFINITELY wrong if all your best examples you can give are from outside of Walgreens. An outside applicant can obviously only be judged by outside examples, but if an MGT has better things to say about outside experiences than about what they have accomplished as an MGT for Walgreens, they are not going to like that, period. And the scores will reflect that, whether it was a good general example or not. So, yes, you can use outside examples, but I would only advise using them as small additions to your primary Walgreens examples.
