If I wont get the asmt and won't agree to step down, do i get fired and can I apply for unemployment? They say NO...but...maybe they just saying that...

yes, and they have to offer you severance pay.

they aren't offering you a similar position with similar pay, so they have no grounds for firing you.

You probably will not get unemployment because they are offering you a job and you are refusing it. The government doesn't care that you are taking a pretty big pay hit, they care that you are declining to work. You will have to check your local laws though because it can be different from state to state and you might have the option to accept the SFL position and still apply for unemployment to help offset the lost wages while you look for a new job.

I have an interview today at 3pm. Not sure how its gonna go. I hope the questions are similar to the link we were given to use as a practice. Anyone else had an interview yet?

I have my interview on Monday. I suffer from severe anxiety and I am so nervous about this. I know it's not going to be that difficult of an interview, but I am still freaking out. I obvious don't expect anyone who has done the interview to reveal all the questions (although that would be nice) but if someone could maybe give others an idea of what the interview is like and maybe some hints about some of the questions. AFter my interview I on Monday, if anyone needs my help, I will be willing to help out. Thanks :)

Also I know most of the questions are all like "if you were in this situations, blah blah blah", but are there any questions that we definitely need to know....about gross profit percentage or things to that nature?
