Anybody know how rph raises will be determined. Are they the same as the new managment system. Or will it be by market demand.

by market demand, which means it won't be much of a raise considering there is an abundance of pharmacists in the market. i think the last two years in our region it was like a 0.8% raise.

the new management system does not apply to pharmacists, only the way their bonus is earned will change.

My understanding is that RPH pay will still be based upon markets. If I remember correctly there was some mention that in the future they may institute a tiered level that includes minimums and maximums based upon tier and geographical region similar to store managers.

50 cents per hour in my district. I was hoping for 37% like our mighty job creator at the top but it just didn't happen.

50 cents this year and last year in my district. Costco pays $2.75 more per hour around here for us pill-pushers.

2.9% raise in my market; so, about a $2/hour raise.

Just saw it today on store net...we make an extra $20 per week. Guess it's better than nothing. Any little bit helps these days.
