If a business shuts down it is often the businesses fault. In my area we have a group of grocery stores called IGN. A large group of independent stores in a consortium. When Walmart moved into town one stayed open and one shut down. The one that stayed open differentiated there services. look at ACe in my area Lowes moves in and they still keep going by offering unique services. Competition breeds improvement. If you fail to improve it is not your competitors fault,but yours.
