Under the current dress code we are required as I understand it, we are to wear dress shoes. Not being a SM or DM etc, I am on my feet all day, rarely getting a chance to sit. Some store managers don't mind me wearing black Nike Airs which are unbelievabley comfy.Others are not so compasionate. Tried insoles of every sort but nothing copares to air. What do you wear? Sugestions anyone?

Which Nike Airs do you wear? Got a link?

My manager's very lax and I'm sure I can get away with wearing Nike Airs.

Have you tried buying some nice looking walking shoes? Many can pass as dress shoes.

I myself am still searching for some rugged yet comfy and acceptable shoes for my poor feet.

They're some black Nike Air high tops I've had for over eight years but in like new condition as are all my shoes as they are a fetish of mine. I've since been wearing restaurant worker shoes which are black as well as being slip and water resistant but nothing compares to air. I don't want to start investing in shoes and then be told I can't wear them. The people that create the dress code have obviously never had to be on their feet for 7 to 8 hours a day.

I've been using Skechers Shape-Ups Extended Wear. They have some that look like dress shoes, but are comfortable to wear all day.

I wear Nike Air Reax. They are very comfortable running around in for 10 hours. Everything else I have tried wearing kills my feet after a few days.

I work 10-hour shifts on my feet and have had no trouble with either Wonderlite slip-ons (Sears) or Deer Stag Krypton slip-ons. Very comfortable.
