Your bonus info is incorrect. Those are the targets, they are not capped. The potential exists to get 150-200% of the bonus target if you beat your 4 goals(sales, profit, employee engagement, customer engagement). Of course, if you miss your goals you can also get a lower bonus.My district is considered a tier 2 market for cost of living.Here is what I have been told so far for each volume of stores.
Tier 1-Starts at 55k cap at 70 k max bonus 9k
Tier 2-starts at 60k cap at 75k max bonus 12k
Tier 3-starts at 65k cap at 80k max bonus 24k
tier 4-? We dont have any.
If you get transferred to a lower tier store and you didn't request it, you will keep your current salary. If you request to move to a lower tier store you will be cut to the max of the range.
