My district is considered a tier 2 market for cost of living. Here is what I have been told so far for each volume of stores.
Tier 1-Starts at 55k cap at 70 k max bonus 9k
Tier 2-starts at 60k cap at 75k max bonus 12k
Tier 3-starts at 65k cap at 80k max bonus 24k
tier 4-? We dont have any.
Your bonus info is incorrect. Those are the targets, they are not capped. The potential exists to get 150-200% of the bonus target if you beat your 4 goals(sales, profit, employee engagement, customer engagement). Of course, if you miss your goals you can also get a lower bonus.

If you get transferred to a lower tier store and you didn't request it, you will keep your current salary. If you request to move to a lower tier store you will be cut to the max of the range.

<quoted text>No info on ASM base pay ranges yet. I assume they will be tiered like the SM pay, and capped once you get to the top end. Compass does have the bonus target listed for ASM, and it's lower than I thought it would be.
The SM know more then they are saying. Sad but true!

$2500.00 target asm bonus, tier does not matter. You can however earn upto 200% of the target by maxing out on your goals. Still only $5000 though...

Sorry for my bad English, but I wanted to share this with you, so use the google translator! Starting today MGR are going to have a 1 in meetings with RXM, EXA, MGT and the rest. The RXM will meet with the RPH. They are required to be completed on 3 August. They will limit pay for anyone who is doing more than the speed limit. You will receive a raise this year and then frozen until they are promoted or increase the cap. The rates are as follows, sorry I have not had the information so that area is where, but that is too long to type.

Front End

Partners (SVC, BA, PS, etc)
Zone A $ 7.50 -$ 10.50
Zone B $ 8.00 -$ 11.00
Zone C $ 8.50 -$ 11.50
Zone D $ 9.00 -$ 12.00

Advisors (SBA, HPS, Chief Cashier)
Zone A $ 9.25 -$ 12.25
Zone B $ 9.75 -$ 12.75
Zone C $ 10.25 -$ 13.25
Zone D $ 10.75 -$ 13.75

Leads (Shift Lead)
Zone A $ 11.00 -$ 14.00
Zone B $ 11.50 -$ 14.50
Zone C $ 12.00 -$ 15.00
Zone D $ 12.50 -$ 15.50

Health Specialists (Guide)
Zone A $ 12.75 -$ 16.00
Zone B $ 13.25 -$ 16.50
Zone C $ 13.75 -$ 17.00
Zone D $ 14.25 -$ 17.50

Pharmacy Technicians

Premium-certification will remain $ 1/hour
-Senior technical premium suspended during the first pay period in September 2012, with the bonus of 2012 rolled into the base salary (as appropriate)
-DTCP, the APS is thought to be associated and paid as such

PHT, CHTP
Zone A $ 9.50 -$ 12.50 (for example: Briming-ham)
Zone B $ 10.00 -$ 13.00 (for example: Chicago)
Zone C $ 10.50 -$ 13.50 (eg Phoenix)
Zone D $ 12.50 -$ 16.00 (for example, Hawaii)
Area E $ 12.50 -$ 16.00 (for example: San Francisco)

SPTC, TSTC
Zone A $ 12.50 -$ 16.00
Zone B $ 13.00 -$ 16.50
Zone C $ 13.50 -$ 17.25
Zone D $ 15.50 -$ 19.75
Zone E $ 18.00 -$ 22.50

Additional information:
EXA and MGT talks are useless because they do not show ASM / ASM-T pay however, EXA bonds, RXM and RPH are changing. The FAQ is an interesting fact:

"Q:. As EXA / MGT, is so hard to be effective in my work when I do not know what will happen to my compensation in 2013 Why did not you tell me what compensation and T-ASM ASM is now?
A: I understand that the uncertanity is difficult, but we simply do not have that information available yet. EE is informed of the ASM salary information before conversion paper April 2013. Those selected for the ASM-T function is informed of the compensation information of your choice. "

This is all the information I have at this time, except for one thing. I realize that people are wondering what to do with MGTS not resign. I can tell you right now that the tour was a PowerPoint slide giving the timeline for the conversion in March 2014. In it, step 5 says:
"5. Provide a step down remaining MGTS
Transition-Offer MGTS eligible to change the main function, or remove those who refuse to step down
-Geing outsourcing of ASM-T position "

If I do not believe that the next time you register with MGR in storenet go to learn -> Web Site field transformation. Once there, click Resource Manager, and then click the Power Roadshow. Then select the store changes in the level of Powerpoint and watch the last page.

We started our compensation meetings this week... basically broke down into classes, each class will have a minimum and a maximum rate. Once you hit your max that's it unless you go higher. If you opt for lower class your pay is cut to that classes' max. One pay raise this year to get everyone to whatever their minimum is.. then thats it for a yr or two possibly

I've exceeded the maximum by more than 20%(long term employee). I guess that's why my raise this year is only 5¢. Since my pay won't grow for awhile, does that mean I don't need to learn any new skills or go above and beyond?
I thought only Wal-Mart gives piddly nickel raises. Then again, look at THEIR employee morale. I wonder if Wal-Mart dangles hints, secrets, and miscommunication in front of their employees.

My manager told me anyone that gets above average and outstanding are eligible for some type of bonus if you are at max rate.
