Diane, I have often thought about going. We should all go in our uniform so they know who they are dealing with. I bet they sit us in the back! lol

It's open forum. If you hold stock you have every right to be there. I have to finally take a stand, after fighting for over 2 years. For myself and every one else the company has screwed over.

Are you not the same Diane that was worried when your hubby went to the annual meeting at vegas and thought he was sleeping with other managers last year? If you are, you are nuts lady.

Urban, I no longer work at Walgreens. I found myself in a hostile situation after management change. I tried resolving problem using open door policy and was retaliated against to point I was forced to quit. Walgreens contested unemployment I had been granted and won. I am now paying back money WITH internet. I am fighting for fairness. I have seen too many casualties inflicted by this cruel and ruthless company. I hold protests, have been on Fox news and we are boycotting from Tucson to Phoenix to Flagstaff, AZ. Thanks for your interest .

While there are things I wouldn't mind changing. I can see the stock for WAG going up, and that is what the STOCKHOLDERS meeting is about. I like my job, there is always going to be something to complain about.

Very true. Keep your job. I really miss the Walgreens I worked for at the beginning. When open door policies worked and the 4 way test was true. We all know Mr. Walgreens is rolling over in his grave. Shame on corporate!!!:)

Yes it would mean that you will have a target on your back and labeled a trouble maker. Your DM, RxS, LP, or corporate manager well be there. So you can be easily identified and "dealt with". I have seen this happen.

Left out that you would have to ask a negative question to the big W, and then be taken out in KGB like fashion when you go back to your department/district by your superiors.

I, of course, no longer work there. They know who. I am. Being on the news, my protests and boycott in AZ. I'm going as a pissed off shareholder as well as an ex employee that was treated terribly. I know I'm not the only one and want to make sure it is known that we have been treated with no respect and every thing Walgreens supposedly stands for is a lie.
