Sure. Do you have a better job for her? If that's the case then she should quit. But if you have nothing but vacous comments the shut up<quoted text>
If you hate it so much then just quit no one is forcing you to stay.
If you can't find another job you just aren't trying hard enough, work on your résumé and make a nice cover letter to hand deliver to prospective employers.

I'm sorry you have to go through that. i'm and asm and I was in similar situation a few years ago. I never email my DM (back then there was no CL position) the DM used to have drinks and dinner with my store mgr so there was no sense in emailing him. I just say a short prayer in my car before i head into the building. things are so much better for me now. i have a sm i like, and exa that is awesome and staff that acutally come to me and ask if i need help with anything.

I don't understand all the hate towards comments that are pure fact?
Are you saying finding a new job isn't about persistence, a nice résumé/cover letter and about not whining and actually doing something about it?

she is still young and new to Walgreens, telling her to look for another job is excellent advice, to do nothing and remain in a job you dislike will just make you bitter, which appears to me you have already become!
