Why is the asm/asm-t positions still such a secret? I've been questioning whether or not to stick around to see what the position has to offer. I feel like they aren't announcing it because mgts and exas aren't going to like what they hear and will all quit. It doesn't really matter to me at this point because I've got another job offer and plan to take it. I'm just curious about what I'm passing up. Not curious enough to go through an application, interview, and training process just to find out though.

If you are an exa you will not lose pay. It's a lateral move. If you are an mgt that is selected for the asmt role you also will not lose pay because its a lateral move. New ASM compensation will be lower for those being promoted into the role.

Short story, I was terminated in Nov.,for what I call unfair. Was put on 30 day suspension, because I was unable to show proof of my Radiology Tech. license.Said ran background check, and found my license had been revoked. I said yes I know, I gave up that profession 5 years ago, after working in it for 30t years. Didn't do my cont. education after I quit. Anyway I had been with Wags for almost 4 years, and never had a write-up and always had better then3.0 on evals. Filed for unemployment and finally got it> Unemployment office even questioned why they neede proof of that!!! So you all need to be watching your backs.

No where in this thread does it say this. EXA's are automatically moved into ASM positions. No applying for anything.

2-3000 more per year? That's it? You've got to be kidding me. 3000/52 weeks per year/40 he's per week =$1.44 per hour. Assuming you only work those 40 he's and we all know we wind up working more then that.
