At the rate lawsuits are filed for the vaginal mesh injuries, this may yet come out as one of biggest product liability suits in histor with Ethicon getting the most complaints. As of February this year, there were already over 6,000 pending cases with more coming like this one in the report. If the decision goes the way of the Linda Gross case, then J & J may be facing billions in damages. For more information, you may visit http://www.vaginalmeshlawsuitcenter.us/

The number of lawsuits against Ethicon are increasing as time passes by. Because of their defective products, many women who were implanted with this device are now suffering great pain and other adverse effects as a result.

Based on reports, vaginal mesh devices have detrimental effects to its recipients such as pain, infection, perforation of the bladder or bowel among others. When you are suffering from these complications, it will prompt you to do some legal actions against its maker. It would seem that J&J has the most number of cases. One may ask if this is the price they have to pay by violating certain regulations as alleged during the trial of Linda Gross. It would appear that business and financial considerations were their priority. More on that case can be learned in http://www.zuarticles.com/author-details-19-1...

Many patients who have suffered from complications from the transvaginal mesh filed transvaginal mesh lawsuits against the manufacturers of the mesh that were used in their surgeries. In most of these lawsuits, the plaintiff blames the mesh manufacturers, and not the doctors who implanted the transvaginal mesh. You may also find this page http://womenrightsandhealth.webs.com/ .
