This is encouraging news to other women who may have also had a first-hand experience of the complications stemming from their pelvic mesh. Let's just hope that they too get compensated for the injuries and suffering they may have gone through. I also read from bladderslingrecall.us that the lawsuit filed by Linda Gross is not the only bladder sling-related legal challenge that Johnson & Johnson is currently facing. There are also others who have already advanced in their legal course.

The awarding of punitive damages will hopefully be a lesson for the company. Even with the billions of assets, they may eventually feel the pinch when all the 15,055 cases will be decided. Some have expressed their sentiments that this was fitting for the plaintiff who suffered so much and still continues to be in agony. Hopefully, this case plus the one settled in California involving the DePuy ASR hip implants will make the company more socially responsible. This is really good news to the thousands of women injured by these vaginal mesh devices. Hopefully the punitive damages will serve its purpose and make other companies more responsible in coming up with products. This decision may benefits over 20,000 women who have filed cases against J&J. For updates on this matter, you may visit http://www.vaginalmeshlawsuitcenter.us/

This decision will hopefully teach J &J a lesson which is the purpose of punitive damages. It is only too bad that in the Kransky vs. DePuy case, no punitive damages were given as revealed in the settlement of said case. For more information about this case, you may refer to DePuy Settlement Information Center.

Johnson & Johnson has been increasingly faced with legal challenges related to their medical devices, from hip implants to surgical mesh. In fact, there are more than 4,000 mesh-related lawsuits that have been filed against the company, according to some posts I found at bladdermeshlawsuit.us/ symptoms-of-failure/. I certainly hope that other mesh victims also get the compensation they deserve.

I found an article at http://www.amazines.com/article_detail.cfm... that lots of women have also advanced with their own complaints and in their legal course. I just hope that they also get the justice and compensation for the damages they may have incurred from these devices.
