Viacom has been announced that it'll finally acquire FOX & NBCUniversal around fall 2012, which means that both media companies and all their divisions were being owned by Viacom around late 2012. And don't forget, the following media companies that are being owned by Viacom are:

* "NBC Television Studios" (television studio)
* "Universal Television" (television studio)
* "Paramount Television" (television studio)
* "CBS Television Studios" (television studio)
* "20th Century Fox Television" (television studio)
* "20th Century Fox" (motion picture studio), and multiple divisions
* "Universal Studios" (motion picture studio), and multiple divisions
* "Paramount Pictures" (motion picture studio), and multiple divisions
* "FOX Television Stations" and its broadcast syndication service: "MyNetworkTV" (and FOX On-Demand)
* All other television studios from their "FOX Entertainment Group" division
* All other motion picture studios from their "FOX Entertainment Group" division
* All digital cable and satellite TV channels from their "FOX Entertainment Group" division
* All internet-related companies from their "News Corp. Digital Media" division
* All TV stations from "BET Networks" and "MTV Networks" around the world (including North America & Europe)
* "Viacom International, Inc." (Viacom's subisidiary)
* "Nickelodeon Movies" and "MTV Films" (Paramount Pictures' motion picture production arms of MTV Networks, Inc.)
* NBCUniversal's broadcast assets: NBC, ShopNBC, NBC News, NBC Sports & Telemundo
* "Universal Parks & Resorts" (located in those of "Los Angeles, California" and "Orlando, Florida" among others worldwide)
* All TV networks and stations from "NBCUniversal Television Group" (including the "NBC Sports Group" and their "Comcast SportsNet" division, among others)
* All "Syfy" global channels (Japan, the U.S., the U.K., Australia, etc.)
* All of the owned-and-operated stations from NBC, ShopNBC & Telemundo
* All of NBCUniversal's internet venture assets
* "Universal Music Group" (NBCUniversal's record label)

According to most of the staff who work at Viacom, they're finally acquiring both News Corp.'s "FOX" and Comcast's "NBCUniversal" around fall 2012, which means that both media companies and all their divisions were being owned by Viacom, and that of a total of over four local broadcast services were being owned by Viacom around late 2012, which reveals to be "CBS", "FOX", "NBC", and of course, "MyNetwork TV" (all of which'll each have local channels being owned and operated anywhere in all of its local markets anywhere nationwide, which particularly include both "Los Angeles, California, USA" and "New York City, New York, USA").
