Since it's at the Latino arts awards, hopefully he keeps his message strictly about entertainment. This isn't an "address to the nation" this is the same type of visit as when he's one on late night talk shows, why call it anything but what it is? Entertainment. The headline is another shameful attempt at creating something out of nothing.
