Hmmm, One of the largest defense contractors, who will be making voting machines without a paper receipt.
While I have never had a problem with a ATM machine, and have always had the correct balance on my receipt, why can't we have voting machines with "receipts"???

diebold has beem floundering since the end of '2000' after a layoff in 2001 of 800 employees and recent layoff of 5% of the world wide,diebold has failed to turn around.
this is absurd because all of diebolds competition has been eliminatedwithe the demise of mosler bank equipment and le Febure diebold should be swimming in money. I blame diebolds management with faulure to execute in an unchalanged market.
united technologies is just what diebold needs to thrive ,what better fit to dominate the security and bank equipment market. forget about the voting machines and do what they always did best. diebold was a quality tradition along time ago! as a stock holder of diebold and a current employee of UTC ,I have first hand experience in this industry over 35 years . diebold needs this and so does utc make it happen now!
