Roth IRA partnership dividend not taxable
Q: I waited until after the deadline for the receipt of 1099s, etc., to file my taxes.

The reporting of income for tax purposes is independent of W2, 1099 etc. You must file whether you have these documents or not. It is your responsibility, not the employer especially on 1099s.
Waiting made no difference.
