Oil rises as U.S. stimulus hopes outweigh weak demand
Oil prices rose on Thursday as hopes that the White House would move quickly on an economic stimulus package outweighed flagging demand and rising inventories in the world's top consumers.

Oil will continue to drop...Whatever gains it made today will be gone come Monday...Microsoft plans to axe 5000 employees over the next 18 months...Everyday more and more people are losing their jobs...No one will be able to buy gas no matter what it costs...

It will be interesting to see the price manipulation ratcheted up as demand drops even further.
Things to look for:
refinery shutdown for maintenance
one disabled supertanker
storm watch, not 'storm warming', but storm watch in the Gulf
Nigerians burning a hooch on some polluted river delta
verbal border dispute in a former Soviet Republic
- just a few.
[didn't the price spike after some nut in Alaska took pot shots at the pipeline with a sling shot?]

The thing to watch are the banks, it's my understanding they were behind the $152.00 a barrel scam by purchasing (or telling investors) to buy oil even though it was piled so high they could see the top, just to drive the price up...They should all go to jail (GITMO) for the rest of their lives for terrorizing the American public...
