USAA Annual Members Report - No Exec Compensation Info ??? (again)

Why is there never any info on executive compensation or how much you pay the directors? Publicly traded companies are required to report to shareholders. USAA hides this info since they are not publicly traded. If USAA wasn't so embarassed by what the senior execs take from the members they would provide the info on their annual report.
- Remember, the members are the "owners", so why do you hide this important information. It makes me think that the foxes are guarding the hen house!
