Full story: South Florida Sun-Sentinel

Louis N. Gallo may have been on federal probation for bank fraud, but his real estate and investment business was booming last year, so much that almost $24,000 in company funds were spent at a Pompano Beach strip club in just three months, according to federal authorities.

It seems to be endemic for businesses in this area. Ezell Brownm Chairman of Education Online Services Corporation, was arrested for drug possession, his VP of operations is serving time on child porn possession charges, his business property is in foreclosure, and he can't meet payroll. He is having to move his company because the bank foreclosed on the building he owns. He has fired or forced to resign some of the brightest people in the industry due to his myopic vision and his my way or the highway attitude. His PA is completing all of his work for his MBA in an online program his company oversees.
