And that is a really good paying career with outstanding benefits. And, Teamster loyalty to boot. Hell, in Boston about a decade ago, I was a drivers helper for two and a half weeks. Ups gave me a 22 pound turkey, and the driver, a tried and true Teamster, broke me off $40 out of his own pocket, as a thanks for being reliable sort of thing. I couldn't imagine betraying that commraderie (forgive if the spelling is off).

Avoid passive voice:

Arrested by whom?
Taken into custody by whom?
A warrant was served by whom?
Under investigation by whom?

And, what town might Ridgefield Circle be located in?

Investigators said items stolen include video games, laptop computers, cell phones and iPods. Pilfered packages involved both private-party purchases as well as those meant for retail stores, police said.

Police said Lozano was arrested in the 200 block of Travis Boulevard after surveillance.
A search warrant was served at a residence in the 4900 block of Ridgefield Circle in Fairfield after Lozano's arrest. About $8,000 worth of stolen merchandise, including computers and video game systems, was recovered from the residence, police said.
Lozano is now on leave from his job pending termination.

The arrest came after an investigation by Faifield police and UPS security agents.

Wow, work 2 1/2 weeks for a 22 lb turkey and 40 bones. Some career. I'm guessing the pot smoking had nothing to do with you losing that job...

It is the era of instant gratification. Although one would think this guy is old enough to understand that. And 16 years on the job ? what a waste.

This guy lives in an area that had homes selling for $600+ thousand, now enter the "crash". They are now selling for just below $300 thousand on auction.
My guess was he had one of those mortgages that anyone could get......the kind that I think is called a variable rate type. House payments were probably in the $4 or 5 thousand dollar a month.
Those people were just greedy (real estate buyers aka house flippers) or just liked to buy lots and lots of toys.......boats, cars, more homes etc.

The $40 wasn't the pay, moron - it was a kind gesture from a stand up guy - the turkey was also a nice gesture from a stand up company. I left that job to move to California, smart@ss. The point being there aren't many companies or workers who display those types of ideals. But, you being an @sshole, I'm guessing no one has ever given a damn about you. BTW, educate yourself on marijuana before you pop off with some ridiculous nonsense. I know your church and your political party gave you guidlines under which they would like you to live, but come discover what millions of others already have - they are both full of sh*t.

Wow I'm impressed by your potty mouth, is that another side effect of smoking pot?
I must have gotten confused by what you wrote. So why did you get fired from your career?

What do you expect...he's from Fearfield...they teach you it's okay to steal down there...
Day in and day out that's all we hear about...the thief is from Fearfield...
Maybe they should just arrest all the babies being born down there as eventually they'll wind up in "the system" anyway.
