So a company that is dependent on the massive government coal shipment subsidies wants to prop up a political ally. No news here. It boils down to how much value you get for your 'brownwash' buck. I don't think that Thomas Donahue can bring much to the table. By his actions in the Chamber of Commerce he has pretty much 'spent his wad'.
