No Health Ins for spouse ,if your spouse retires from railroad

Husband retires from railroad after 43 years of service and no Health Care is paid for the spouse. This is totally crazy, when city workers have great Health care for their spouse when they retire. Why can't a big company like the railroad take care of health care for the spouse as well? If that spouse is under 65 she is done in, has to go find a job to have health care. Who can afford Cobra! I just think it is ashame what millions the railroad makes, then does that to those who made the money for them. I have no health care, thanks a lot for your so called railroad concerns for the family. I had prexisting conditons and could not buy insurance at the high prices. You should be ashame how you through the years did not cover spouses.
