I ordered an item that cost me $335. The usps managed to send it to the wrong state, then got it back to me minus about half the contents. It was an insured shipment which was left on my door - so I was unable to refuse the shipment. Upon filing my insurance claim they paid the princely sum of $35. The subsequent appeal was denied with the second appeal pending. Why do the offer insurance if they do not intend to honor it? Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Or am I just "lucky"?
