Way to go but not 100% correct.Its not that they are smarter its taking pride in what they do and not complaining about what they think they deserve. Americans need to understand that when you work for a company you are an employee.Take pride in your work and do the best that you can for the company If you don't like it then leave and get a better job,That is the freedom that we enjoy here.To many of us think we have the right to tell our employers what we are entitled to.Remember Eastern Airlines and the unions dictating what they were going to do if their demands were not met. Remember the Air traffic controllers doing the same thing. They all lost their jobs in the process.If you dont like your boss or your job then quit,If you think you can do it better than take the risks your employer took and start your own company.If you cant do that then shut up and get to work and quit complaining.

There will always be employees who feel they got "screwed" but overall this is a great company to work for.

I've worked with all of the executives including the CIO and CTO and they all promote the fantastic culture. Too bad your experience was negative but it's definitely NOT the norm.

Hey I thought this forum had to do with Ultimate Software. Most of what I read had to do with people arguing their point. This is pretty useless for the report I need to do.
