I thought Jeff said recently that we were upgrading the frequent flyer programs...I guess they were busy handing out pink slips in Houston instead.

This merger is just starting to unravel. Customer complaints are through the roof! Employee moral is at a all-time low! Not one joint union contract has been agreed upon! And where going into the third yr of talks? What a fucking joke! Cal's mgmt is totally incompetent! Yes, it is true, Cal's mgmt is running the Airline! And all this bullshit about them being soooo good? Well, your looking at the end result of there,{Cal's mgmts} inabilty to run an Airline of this size!
