WHY is it, that more and more has to look like typical Mexico?
here in the USA?

as to employee's, job creation, more of the "mandatory bi-lingual" that
really means Spanish. Don't the leaders realize what they are letting happen?

You think Mr. racial diversity equal oppertunity Sam Farr would support that? Not a chance in hell! All that P.C Crap is fine as long as it's not in his back yard.

I'm not surprised this project came in under the radar and the water credits were quietly allocated. Any contractor experienced with dealing with Seaside's planning department knows how to get around the water credits issue. Back in the house flipping heyday, there were many abuses.

Fun Fact: One day LaSalle Avenue will connect with the new General Jim Moore Blvd. Guess what's in the way? 2-3 homes. I feel for the people who live at the top of LaSalle. They have no idea what's coming.

I agree they wont hire english speaking only people I believe that is racism on there part. Being of hispanic heritage and not being bilingual it is very hard to find employment and that is completely wrong! no one in a america should be required to speak another language other than english. My father emigrated from Mexico and speaks english why cant the other immigrants do the same and this is not only directed to hispanic people. Please don't lable me a racist because I am far from it I just want it to be a requirement that english only if one wants to translate I see no problem with that but it should not be a requirement to aquire employment. Buy the way I love Mi Pueblo.

The best part of all this???????? Food is not taxed so the city will not benefit very much. I hope this comes to light when they start lating off police and firefighters.

Why is it that more and more has to look like typical Mexico. If Mexicans are so bent on preserving their architecture and character. And hold to the blood-and -soil idea of Mexico. Why do they leave Mexico? Instead they come to American great cities, and create little Tijuanas and Mexicalis within our cities. It reminds me of a fly depositing an egg in apple's blossom, and after the apple is formed the worm from an egg starts eating the apple from within. and ultamatly erroding American spirit.

I wonder how much Mi Pueblo is paying Ray Corpuz and Mayor Rubio under the table to get their water rights?

Nothing Hypocrite about it, I do not like all the things that start looking like we are in Mexico, I find it rather racist
I feel betrayed by our city and state leaders, this building is just a confirmation of all the rest of the bull going on

Wow! the Mexicans are racist, I did not know that.
So the Anglo Saxons descriminated any race possible other than white race over history in the world and in the United States they try to do Ethnic Cleansing by exterminatin the Native Americans, enslave the African Americans, encarcerated the Asians after the late 1840's. Wow. and you are mad because a white person does not appear on a Mexican commercial.... JA JA JA...

Get a job dude.... You most be bored out of your mind to say some stupid stuff like the Mexicans are racist...

Dude any race creates their own ideals and try top survive over the threats from the reste of the world even if isolation is required.

Anyways, sorry man you have been violated and maybe you should take it to the Supreme Court.

Yes Spaniards not Mexicans built adobes in this area. When first white landed on this continent, Mexicans were still running around in the jungles half naked worshiping winged serpents, sacrificing virgins, and not one had invented a wheel yet.
