No Chinese Cessna for me thanks - I'll buy American.

I am not alone in this opinion - if you look at the blogs, even Cessna's own blog, you'll find the opinion of this idea is 1,000 to 1, against.

I already OWN an airplane, so I'm not just some wannabe - so tell me, will we be able to buy the Chessna at Wal-Mart, lead paint and all?

I can understand building aircraft components in China, it's been done for years for Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and others, but to do final assembly there raises a concern of who is following through with quality control. The Chinese manufactuer or Cessna. I'd hate to be the first one to ride out severe turbulence in a ..RiceChaser.

It looks like a disposable LSA to me. And I can't imagine it will hold up in the training environment for long. I sure wont ride in one.

I know a lot of people that bought the Skycatcher are not pleased that is being built in China! I sell the Remos LSA, and we will refund your $5000 deposit with the purchase of a new Remos! If you are having buyers remorse, drop me an email.
